How do we turn on use budgetary control in gl settings

How do we make sure our database is set up to use budgetary control?

Auto account to post to occurs when entering a budget amendment

• GL Settings

• Use Budgetary Control

• Appropriation control

• Estimated revenue control

• Budgetary fund balance unreserved undesignated control

Use budgetary control is not checked in General Ledger Settings.

Setting the system to use budgetary control is typically completed during go live.

If changes need to be made or verified after going live, please contact MUNIS General Ledger Support for assistance.

If Use Budgetary control is NOT checked in GL Settings but a site still wants to have it checked it can easily be updated and the control accounts added and set up correctly however, that is not the only update required.
