Do users have the ability to delete purchasing standard notes

We would like to delete purchasing standard notes, but we receive error message when doing so, how do we remove standard notes?

• Munis

• Financials 

• Purchasing 

• Standard Notes 

Standard Note has an associated history and is unable to be deleted

• Standard notes cannot be deleted if they are tied to historical transactions (Req/PO).

• If there is no history associated to the standard note then they are able to be deleted within the standard notes program.
