Description of Issue

  • Error prevents user from creating or improving CIP assets from Work File

  • Work record number: XXXX , Purchasing account: XXXX-XXXXX has an incompatible asset account

Fixed/Capital Assets



Cause

GL account types do not match the GL accounts in Fixed/Capital Asset Accounts



Resolution

Navigate to Fixed/Capital Asset Accounts to update the GL accounts to match the GL account types
