Hub incorrect web password set in Munis external system

Description of Issue

No menu in Hub.

Hub error: MUERROR: WS User Authentication Failed

Context

  • Hub

  • Munis

Cause

Incorrect password in Hub Munis External System.

Resolution

  1. Go to Hub Administration.

  2. Click External Systems.

  3. Expand Munis.

  4. Enter correct password under Webservice User Password.

  5. Click Save at bottom of page.
