ICMA Deduction Report error for unrequired fields

Defining the screen for ICMA Deduction Report, receiving errors "Deduction range between 1000 and 9999 must be entered" and "Ending deduction cannot be less than beginning deduction" in fields that are not required for this report

1. Click Define

2. Enter 1000 in all of the From and To fields

3. Click Accept

4. Click Define

5. Clear all the deduction ranges as needed, except for the ranges needed for reporting
