Organization would like to have form files from Benefits Enrollment uploaded and stored for review on ESS

• Enrollment Form Files are recommended to be stored on the webserver within the custom documents directory likely under C:\msscustom\live\Documents or similar

• The virtual file path is what is entered into the Enrollment Form File location fields in Enrollment Sections on the Links Tab, will end up looking like: http://clientsite.munisselfservice.com/Custom/Documents/Dental.pdf or similar

• Up to two of these resources can be defined per Benefit Enrollment Section record
  

• We strongly recommend having all documentation submitted through ESS stored in folders msscustom or esscustom to avoid any accidental loss of data
