Cause

Site needs the ability to print their Personal Property bills to XML format.



Resolution

For Personal Property, the Print Bills program (tmdppprt) has only the ability to output a flat format file. The PP Bill Print by Account program (tmdppstm) will output to XML format. Originally created for Baltimore, MD but was intended for any Maryland site to adopt and use.
