Description of Issue

  • Error received when attempting to post a work order in Journal and Post:  There was an error retrieving general ledger information

  • GL Distribution line has missing/blank account information on Accounting tab

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

  • 2021.10.0.0 - MUN-492683

  • 2021.11.0.0 - MUN-492684

  • 2021.12.0.0 - MUN-492686

  • 2024.1.0.0 - MUN-492688

  • 2024.2.0.0 - MUN-492689

Workaround options:

  • To prevent blank account lines from being created:

    • do not tab or click down to a new line until the current line is fully populated

    • do not leave the work order in Update mode while stepping away from your workstation so that the program does not timeout
