Resolution

There are actually two different reports that often get referred to as the "controllers report" because they are required by, and submitted to, the California State Controllers Office. 

  1. The Government Compensation in California, or GCC, report.  This requirement is met with the CA GCC Report program in Munis.

  2. The Financial Transactions Report, or FTR.  This requirement is met with Cubes.
