  • Accrual balances not showing on payroll advice for an employee

Cause

Active box is not checked on Employee Accruals screen



Resolution
  1. Access Employee Accruals (Payroll > Accrual Processing > Employee Accruals)

  2. Search for the employee's accrual records

  3. Click Update > check the Active box > click Accept

  4. Continue updating any other accrual records for the employee
