Resolution

  1. Navigate to the program where you wish to rename the label

  2. Click on Settings (cog wheel icon) button in the Omni bar

  3. Select Customize Screen Form

  4. Click Update

  5. Scroll or tab to find the field to modify and enter new field name in the Label (Modified) column

  6. Click Accept
