Adding Links for Benefit Enrollment

Where do I add a link to a third-party website to display for Benefits Enrollment on ESS?

• Benefits Enrollment

• Employee Self Service

Organization would like to add URLs to third-party insurance provider websites for users to reference during Benefits Enrollment.

1. URL links can be added to the program Enrollment Sections in Munis
   

   • Navigate to Menu > Human Capital Management > Benefits Administration > Benefits Enrollment > Enrollment Campaign Manager

2. Select Search and define the Campaign Code field with the campaign you are working with

3. Click Accept and then select the folder for 2. Sections

4. Click Links to review the setup of hyperlinks associated with the benefit section

5. Use the Update option as necessary
