Description of Issue

Problems with Export because Custom Text Field Label was changed.

Context

  • Enterprise EPR 

  • Time and Attendance (ExecuTime) 

  • System Admin

  • UI Environment Flags

Cause

A change was made to the Custom Text Field Label to allow Job Costing Customizations in the Time and Attendance Application.

Resolution

In order to allow the Export to not export incorrectly for the Custom Selection Field Label:

  1. Navigate to System Admin

  2. Select UI Environment Flags

  3. Scroll down to use the type ahead field to enter in the original custom field label.

  4. First Custom Text Field Label: Text Field 1

  5. Second Custom Text Field Label: Text Field 2

  6. Third Custom Text Field Label: Text Field 3 

  7. Fourth Custom Text Field Label: Text Field 4

  8. Fifth Custom Text Field Label: Text Field 5

  9. Select Save

These fields are utilized for substitute information to be exported to EERP Payroll.Â
