Description of Issue

Invalid Budget Check error for NSFY (Non-Standard Fiscal Year) Fund that starts before Standard Fiscal Year

Example:

  • Standard Fiscal Year (2022) runs from July 2021 to June 2022

  • NSFY (2022) runs May 2021 to April 2022

  • Budget check for NSFY Fund only including budget amounts posted to May and June of 2021 and ignoring amounts posted to any Standard Fiscal Year 2022 months (July 2021 - April 2022)
