ExecuTime - Can RDIF cards be used to log in and clock in at the same time

We are using new RFID cards to clock into physical timeclocks for ExecuTime. When the card is used it Logs the employees in and they then have to click clock in. Is there a way for them to scan the card and automatically clock in? 

• Munis

• Payroll

• ExecuTime

• Clock in/out

In newer Timeclock versions, there is Quick Punch functionality that can be utilized.

1. When at the timeclock, on the left side, hit the Enable Quick Punch toggle. 

2. Scan the card. 

   1. This should log in and clock in the employee. 

• This feature disables itself overnight so it will need to be clicked each day if Quick Punch is needed.

• G1 or G2 timeclocks do not have this function.
