Needs to know how much time to schedule for their Production environment being off-line after Cut-to-Live.
We recommend adding sufficient time to test all mission-critical functionality including integrations and 3rd-party hardware (e.g., printers, scanners, etc.)

On the day-of Cut-to-Live expect your system to be off-line for a minimum of 4-6 hours.
Weekend Cut-to-Lives are available on a 1st-come, 1st-served basis.
Factor in extra day of work to complete all upgrades to integrated Tyler solutions or 3rd-party add-ons.
