Postal Export in the UB Bill Print process is not exporting correct number of records

The Postal Export in the UB Bill Print process is exporting a low number of records when where should be over few thousand records exported.

• MUNIS

• Property Revenues

• Utility Billing

• Setup

The Postal certification setting for Maximum services per page is not set properly.

Navigate to MUNIS > Property Revenue > Utility Billing >Setup > Settings

1. Click Update

2. Click on SITE OPTIONS 3 tab

3. Type 99 in the Maximum services per page field

4. Click Accept.

Return to UB Bill Print process and execute the Postal Export.
