Unable to access UB Central in Munis 11 3 25 after installing MUN 416152

UB Central program is no longer available in the Munis menu and links to the program in Favorites no longer function

Microsoft has announced they will no longer support Silverlight after October 2021 which is used by UB Central

Update MUN-416152 removes UB Central program in 11.3 from the menu and source code due to Silverlight retirement

Account Customer Inquiry can be used as an alternative until Munis is upgraded to version 2019.1 or higher
