Newly added accounts in Account Master display as record deleted and cannot be used

• Newly added accounts in Account Master display as record deleted and cannot be used

• Cannot delete GL Account that says its deleted

• Cannot add account that says Deleted as it errors it already exists

• Account Master

• GL Account (ORG-OBJ-PROJ) or (Segments 1-8, OBJ-PROJ)

• Project Master

Blank Project code/segment in Project Master causes Account Master to see and use blank project code instead of blank = NULL.

Contact Munis Financial Support for a review of problem accounts and the project ledger codes

Please refrain from adding more accounts that have no project code in Account Master until this is resolved.
