Resolution

ExecuTime will only give the employee the hours based on what they worked.

In the fall when DST is ending, 1:00 AM happens twice, once before 2:00 AM and then again when the clocks roll back immediately at 2:00 AM. The clocks on all computers change from 2:00 AM back to 1:00 AM. Because of this the application has no way to tell if the employee clocked out at the first 1:00 AM, or if they clocked out at the second 1:00 AM. The system is going to assume the second 1:00 AM which is the cause of the second hour that gets added to the timecard.

The computer/logic for ExecuTime cannot programmatically tell the difference between the first 01:00 vs the 2nd 01:00.
If the employee clocked out at the first 1:00am, then a manual correction will be necessary to adjust it.

This will be the same logic for the spring forward.
