Description of Issue

What is causing the XML file to to generate with no data?



Context

  • Financials

  • Texas

  • TX PEIMS Finance Records

  • TX PEIMS Settings



Cause

Current submission year and Current submission number had not been updated in TX PEIMS Settings



Resolution

  1. Access TX PEIMS Settings

  2. Select Update

  3. Use the Tab key to work your way through the fields and be sure to update the Submission Year and Submission #

  4. Select Accept

  5. Generate the 20030 records and create a new XML file to see records reporting
