Description of Issue

When attempting to add and save an attachment in TCM through Munis, an error occurs stating:

Failed to get document because an error has occurred:

tempDocId0 does not exist.

Cause

The Check Index job is failing in the respective TCM environment, causing attachments to not save successfully.
