Monthly Minutes on the TX PEIMS XML has leading zeros

Description of Issue

Our XML extract for PEIMS is showing our "Monthly Minutes" with zeroes in the front (Ex. 00800), which gives us errors.

Cause

The data was imported into Munis with the leading zeros

Resolution

Correct the data in the import file, or find a way to create the file without the leading zeros. If leading zeros are imported into Munis, they will be exported when the file is created as well.
