Description of Issue

  • Trying to preview a PCL format template in ReadyForms

  • No preview being generated



Context

  • ReadyForms



Cause

When PCL templates are previewed, the output will be a PCL file that is designed to be read by printers, and cannot be opened as easily as PDF files.



Resolution

To preview the template, change the format to PDF. Once you have finished previewing, change the format back to PCL.
