Grant Payroll Data Access to User





Description of Issue

I have a user that needs Payroll Data Access. 



Context
  • Munis

  • System Admin

  • Security

  • User Attributes

  • Roles



Cause

User cannot see payroll data as user does not have Payroll Data Access.



Resolution
  1. In System Admin> Security> User Attributes, Search for User

  2. Determine the Role to add payroll data access to

  3. Click on Desired Role and click Edit Role Button to navigate to Role Program

  4. Click Payroll HR Module in middle column, bottom row

  5. Under Data Access at bottom, click Update, define desired Data Access to Deduction, Org, Location and Pay, click Accept



Additional Information

Have user log out and back in or refresh to gain new data access.Â
