Remove unwanted TCM mappings

Description of Issue

Multiple and/or unwanted document or associated document mappings are displaying

Context
  • Munis
  • Accounts Payable
  • Purchasing
  • TCM Document Mapping
Cause

Additional document mappings were added and activated that are unwanted

Resolution
  1. Navigate to the mapped program Example: Invoice Entry
  2. Locate a record
  3. Click the Attach button/paperclip
  4. Select the Attachment Type or Mapping you would like to remove
  5. Click Maintain
  6. Uncheck Active/Active Mapping
  7. Click Accept
  8. Click Back to close the Maintain Mappings screen

User will need Munis System Roles permission of Maintain Munis-to-TCM Mappings to complete the above steps. To verify that this permission is in place or to add it, please see: How to grant or limit permissions to Maintain EERP to CM Mappings
