Add Custom TCM Mapping to Project Master following upgrade

Saving a Generic Attachment to TCM from Project Master screen by selecting the paperclip to open TCM directly (bypassing the Document Mapping screen) saves the program as undefined.

Upgrade to 2019.1

There have been screen form field name changes in pamstmnt that have broken the Project from that program screen/Project Master.

MUN-363757 is open with Development to update TCM default mapping for Project Master. 

As a work around a temporary/custom mapping can be added to the Project Master screen

1. Search for a Project in Project Master
2. Select the down arrow next to the Attach paperclip in the Ribbon
3. Select Document Mappings
4. Under the Associated Documents box, select Maintain
5. Select Add
6.  Enter Munis Mapping Name as Custom Project Master
7. From the TCM Template dropdown, select Project
   • If site has Energov the listing for Project will display twice. Once selected if the "search field mappings" section does not populate and cannot be selected for following steps, go back and choose other project option from the drop down box.
8. Uncheck Read Only
9. Under the Munis Description column, use the ellipsis to select Project next to the TCM Field Project and Title next to the TCM Field Title. 
10. Put a check in the Include in Search box for the Project data field.
11. Click Accept to save mapping.
12. The System Mapping can now be deactivated.
13. To make the Custom Mapping the Default Mapping for the program, General Ledger Support would need a connection to the server. (This step is not required)
