Location code not printing on the front of the W-2

Description of Issue

The Location Code is not printing on the front of our W-2s.

Context
  • Munis
  • W-2 Processing
Cause

Control Number field in W-2 Forms print was set to Employee Number.

Resolution
  1. Access W-2 Forms Print: Payroll > W-2 and 1099-R Processing > W-2 Forms Print
  2. Click Define, select LOCATION in the Control Number drop-down
  3. Click Accept and Output the W-2 to your Munis printer
