General Billing Print Invoices to Tyler Form XML

Users will receive a FORMS statement error when they are trying to print General Billing Invoices to their Tyler Form. This is due to the user not selecting Create Export File - XML during their Print Invoice define.

During the Print Invoice Define, confirm the user is selecting Create Export File - XML and then attempt to re-print the invoices.
