How to add lines to an expense claim

Context

Employee Expense

Cause

Detail lines were accidentally deleted and need to be re-added

Resolution

On a status 12 (Actual, Created) claim:

  1. Click Update.
  2. In the Munis pop-up window, click Yes.
  3. Claim will now be at status 11 (Actual, Entering) in Update mode.  Click Accept to move the cursor out of the header section and into the detail lines section. 
  4. Continue clicking Accept until your cursor is on the detail tab where you need to add a line and then click Add Another Line.
