Description of Issue
- Employee Dependent records exist but do not display in ESS under Personal Information
Context

Cause
- The only dependent records that will show in ESS under Personal Information under Dependents are records that exist in Munis not tied to any deduction codes
Resolution
- Add Employee Dependent records that are not tied to any specific deduction codes
- This will corrected under work ticket MUN-161536
Additional Information
- Dependent records get tied to various deduction codes to represent coverage for a specific person/benefit combination
- In order to display benefit information in ESS, a record must be added into Employee Dependents that is not linked to any specific benefit; this is a "general" dependent record
