Address Error When Posting a New Hire Action

Description of Issue
  • I'm receiving an error that states error selecting employee address when posting an action for a new hire, why?
Context
  • Munis
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Personnel Actions Entry
  • TEMS Configuration
Cause
  • This is due to TEMS Configuration setup that is incorrectly set


Resolution
  1. To review, you will need to navigate to the TEMS Configuration program in Munis
    • Menu > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > TEMS Configuration
  2. Review the configuration in place to determine if this is correct
    1. Determine if your site is utilizing TEMS at all, it is easiest to remove all setup if not using TEMS
  3. Click Update to perform any updates
  4. Select Accept to lock in updates
