Description of Issue
  • Can employee email addresses be imported?

Cause
  • Mass update to Employee Email required
Resolution
  • Employee Email Addresses can be imported to Employee Master, we recommend to review the below documentation on the Employee Import
  1. To begin you'll want to navigate to the program Employee Import
    • Menu → Human Resources/Payroll → Payroll → Employee Maintenance → Employee Import
  2. Select Define to update the program
  3. Define the Employee Information header with your import file and form template
    1. Please review the Employee Import documentation on how to build your import file and form template
  4. Select Accept to save your definitions
  5. Click Output-Post to execute the print job
  6. Review the proof report for accuracy
