Enable project options required to close a project

I cannot close a project in Project Master

• Project Master
• User Attribues
• Roles

User attempting to close did not have the 'Enable project options' permission

Add 'Enable project option' permission in Roles

System Administration > Security > User Attributes

1.  Click Search
2. Enter User Id
3. Click Accept
4. Click on the Role to be adjusted
5. Click Edit Role
6. Click on the Project Accounting module folder
7. Click Update
8. Click the box for 'Enable project options'
9. Click Accept

Financials > General Ledger > Project Ledger > Project Master

1. Click Search
2. Enter Project
3. In Munis Ribbon click Close Project
4. Click Define to update existing options
5. Click Accept
6. Click Select
7. Click Process

Updating a Role impacts all users assigned to the Role

The Close Project option in the Munis Ribbon offers the ability to close the project strings associated with the project.
