Description of Issue
Error: 189 Workflow Error - Wfnxtpe3 - The Munis data record represented by this workflow record no longer exists.
- Received after hitting Post on an Inventory transaction
- Received when attempting to update Issue reorder point if an INV business rule exists

Install work ticket MUN-396042 once it's been released
Workaround: Remove the INV business rule, update the Issue Reorder Point, and then add the INV business rule back
