Generate XML data files for Delinquent Notices

Request from Tyler Forms Design to assist customer in creating a data file for Delinquent Notices in XML format

To generate this file in Delinquent Notices use the following steps

1. Navigate to  Property Revenues>Utility Billing>Periodic Process>Delinquent Notices
2. Click Define
3. Populate the fields based on the type of Delinquent Notice you are trying to generate.
4. In the Output area select the Output Type of XML EXPORT
5. Click Accept
6. Process the Select and Flag steps to generate notices for accounts
7. Click Save this will save the file to the Spool Directory
8. Navigate to Departmental Functions>My Saved Reports.
9. Locate your file.
10. Highlight the file, click Accept or double click the correct file, the web browser should download and produce the XML data file.

If you have multiple types of Delinquent Notices or Door Hangers you will want to complete the steps above for each type to generate a file with the information needed for Tyler Forms.
