Remove Time Off Tab from the ESS Mobile App
Description of Issue
- How can I remove the Time Off tab from the ESS Mobile App?

Context

- Employee Self Service (ESS)
- ESS Mobile App (Version 1.5.6 and higher)
- Munis Mobile App (Version 1.5.6 and higher)
- User Administration
- Time Off Requests
Cause
- The site doesn't use the Time Off feature, but it displays on the ESS Mobile App
Resolution
- If the View time off information option is unchecked on the ESS User record, the tab will not display
- Log into ESS as a user with the permission Is Administrator
- Navigate to Administration → User Administration
- Search for a specific ESS account
- Choose Edit
- Click on the Employee Tab
- Uncheck the View time off information box
- Choose Update
Additional Information
- The View time off information option can be set for a group of users using Globally Update User Permissions in ESS
