Description of Issue
  • How can I remove the Time Off tab from the ESS Mobile App?
  • How can I remove the Time Off tab from the Munis Mobile App?
Context
  • Munis
  • Munis Self Service (MSS)
  • Employee Self Service (ESS)
  • ESS Mobile App (Version 1.5.6 and higher)
  • Munis Mobile App (Version 1.5.6 and higher)
  • User Administration
  • Time Off Requests
Cause
  • The site doesn't use the Time Off feature, but it displays on the ESS Mobile App
Resolution
  • If the  View time off information option is unchecked on the ESS User record, the tab will not display
  1. Log into ESS as a user with the permission Is Administrator
  2. Navigate to Administration → User Administration
  3. Search for a specific ESS account
  4. Choose Edit
  5. Click on the Employee Tab
  6. Uncheck the View time off information box
  7. Choose Update
