Error when saving a second record in the Items program

Error received in Items after attempting to save a second record:  The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_Item_ItemAudit"

Install MUN-348395 once it's been released

Workaround options: 

• Close the Items program and reopen before adding another new record
• Use the Items Import to add, update, or delete Items, Item Suppliers or Item Locations
