Updating taxable gross for terminated employee who received a gift card

Need to update terminated employees taxable gross for a gift card that was given

Cause

User needed to update a terminated employee's taxable gross from a gift card they received.


Resolution

Here is how to update the Employee Accumulator on the Monthly Level.

  1. Go to Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > Payroll Administration > Employee Accumulators.
  2. Search for the employee, year, deduction, and frequency M.
  3. Locate the cycle (1 = January) that you want to update.
  4. Select Update and add the amount to the Employee Gross.
  5. Once you hit Accept you will get a prompt asking if you want to update Quarterly, Fiscal, and Yearly accumulators. Select Yes.
  6. Repeat this for all deductions that need to be updated.
