Updating taxable gross for terminated employee who received a gift card

Need to update terminated employees taxable gross for a gift card that was given
Context

Cause
User needed to update a terminated employee's taxable gross from a gift card they received.
Resolution
Here is how to update the Employee Accumulator on the Monthly Level.
- Go to Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > Payroll Administration > Employee Accumulators.
- Search for the employee, year, deduction, and frequency M.
- Locate the cycle (1 = January) that you want to update.
- Select Update and add the amount to the Employee Gross.
- Once you hit Accept you will get a prompt asking if you want to update Quarterly, Fiscal, and Yearly accumulators. Select Yes.
- Repeat this for all deductions that need to be updated.
