HSA deduction only reported employer amount on the W-2

When we generated W-2s, the employer portion was not included in box 12 code W.

The HSA deductions were not defined in the cafeteria plan section of the W-2 generate screen.

Define the range of HSA deductions with code 1 that should include both the employee and employer amount in the Cafeteria Plan section of the W-2 Create screen.

1. Access Create W-2 and 1099-R Records: Payroll > W-2 and 1099-R Processing
2. Click Define and enter the reporting year in the W-2/1099-R Year field
3. Scroll until you locate the Cafeteria Plan Deductions section, click Define and enter the deduction codes into these available ranges
