Setting up leave pay code



Description of Issue

I would like to set up a new leave pay code that will pay my employees the same rate as their base pay.

Context
  • Munis
  • Pay Master
Cause

Resolution
  1. Access Pay Master: Payroll > Payroll Setup > Pay Master
  2. Click Add. Enter the pay code number and description
  3. Select Category 6-MISC/OTHER or 3-ABSENCE/ACCRUAL and select Calc Code 90-PCT OF FINAL BASE SALARY
  4. Define any other applicable fields
  5. Click Accept
