Error creating W-2 electronic file

I am receiving the following error attempting to create my electronic file: 

spcntrec - Unable to prepare select statement, status: -201 [ISAM 0]
Additional information concerning a status error of -201:
A syntax error has ocurred.

User had punctuation and special characters defined on her Employer Info, Contact Info, and Transmistter Info tabs.

Remove all punctuation and special characters from each tab.

Munis will not allow punctuation, or special characters when defining the electronic file.
