View-Only access for the Roles program

Instructions on how to grant read-only access to the Roles program, so that the user can view Roles without making updates.

Granting the user with access to the Roles program under System Administration Inquiry only will grant inquiry-only access to this program:

1. Remove menu access for the following menu path for any of the user's Roles that grants access to it:

System Administration>Security>Role

2. Next, grant menu access to the following menu path for at least one of the user's Roles:

System Administration>System Administration Inquiry>Roles

3. Now, the user will be able to access the Roles program only under System Administration Inquiry, where they will only be allowed to view/inquire

Please note: editing a Role will apply these permission changes to any other user(s) who are also assigned to this Role.
