W-2s-Syntax error-creating Electronic File

When creating the W-2 Electronic File, user is getting the following error: 

spcntrec - Unable to prepare select statement, status:  -201  [ISAM 0]

Additional information concerning a status error of -201:

A syntax error has occurred.

• W-2 and 1099-R Processing
• W-2 Wizard
• Create Electronic File

User did not select W-2 File Format under Options tab.

1. Navigate to Payroll>W-2 and 1099-R Processing>W-2 Wizard.
2. Click Electronic File. 
3. Click Options tab.
4. Select W-2 File Format from dropdown menu.
5. Confirm data entered on other tabs. 
6. Click Create Electronic File tab. 
7. Click Create Electronic File.
