Description of Issue

I need to check the cycles for a group of employees who typically come into payroll via Time Entry.

Context

Cause

Resolution

Go to Employee Job/Salary. (Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Job/Salary)
Search for set the employees. Click Accept. (The Global Update works on the active set of employees)
Click Global Update in the menu.
Click Define. Check the Update Cycles checkbox and the applicable Cycle checkboxes.
Define Salary Change Effective Date. (This will not update the effective dates on the pay codes)
Click Accept. Click Execute. Choose output option.
Review proof report. Click Yes to Post Updates prompt.
