W-2 Electronic File error - "IF NOT SPACE FILLED ENTER VALID INFO" "REQUIRED FIELD IS MISSING OR INVALID"

My IL state W-2 electronic file is being rejected. Errors read:

IF NOT SPACE FILLED ENTER VALID INFO           REQUIRED FIELD IS MISSING OR INVALID

• Munis
• W-2 Wizard
• Create W-2 Electronic File

Spacing in the Employee W-2 Address Fields

1. Go to Employee W-2 and 1099-R. (Payroll>W-2 and 1099-R Processing>Employee W-2 and 1099-R)
2. Search for Employee. Click Accept. Click Update. Click Address Tab. 
3. Remove any extra spaces in the Address fields. Click Accept.
