Description of Issue
I have a negative amount generating into my W-2, where is this coming from?

Resolution
The W-2 generate pulls data from the yearly Employee Accumulators. Negative amounts are not eligible to be reported on the W-2. Contact the IRS to determine how this should be reported.
Cause
This amount was generated in the yearly accumulators due to a deduction refund.
