Employee Access - Dependents do not display under Current Benefits

Description of Issue

Employees' Dependents are not showing under Current Benefits in Employee Access.

Cause

The Tyler Employee Access field is not enabled, preventing dependents from showing in Employee Access.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Settings 

    1. EERP > System Administration > General Administration > System Settings

  2. Click Site Settings in the banner

  3. Click the Application Integration tab

  4. Click Update

  5. Under the Tyler Employee Access base URL field, flag the option for Tyler Employee Access is enabled.

  6. Click Accept 

  7. Click Save Changes
