Description of Issue

  • Vendor Website Link Not Working

  • When adding a vendor website for account login, the link doesn't work in Vendor Central. You have to drill into Vendors and click on the link image.

Cause

The website link was incorrectly entered in the Vendors application. https:// was used and it should not be entered in this field.

Resolution

Remove anything that appears before www.xxxxxxxx.com and leave just that. i.e. Do not use http://www.siteurl.com. Use www.siteurl.com instead.
