Attempting to launch the CM Full client Failed to Install

Description of Issue

When attempting to launch the CM Full client an error window presents with the following message:

Failed to Install
caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: One or more preinstall checks failed, terminating installation

Cause

Resolution

Clear the empirecache folder on the user worktsation and relaunch the Content Manager URL.
